TShirt Printing
By:

These days you can get almost any design you want and have it printed onto a Tshirt. This allows you to find great fulfilment as the designer and gives you any number of unique Tshirts to wear that no one else will be seen with because you have designed it yourself. You can use a photo of a pet or a member of the family; a scene from your favourite holiday or travel destination a flower from your garden or a picture you have designed yourself. Of course if you are not into designing you can still have a printed tshirt by choosing a design provided by the company that prints tshirts.

There are several different methods of tshirt printing:

* Heat Transfer. This method is popular for small quantities of tshirts or other garments. Heat is used to transfer a photo to the surface of the material. It feels smooth to start with but does tend to crack after some time. * Vinyl Pressing. Relatively new this method still uses heat transfer but gives the option of keeping colours pure on a nonwhite background. For instance a yellow design on a blue background will stay yellow instead of taking on a greenish tinge. * Sublimation Printing. This method is used for printing onto synthetic material but is limited to those of a light colour.

When having your tshirt or other garment printed always find out what method is going to be used to make sure it is suitable.
